Principal Intimacy Professionals was founded by a collective of intimacy coordinators, intimacy directors, and consultants in what is colonially known as British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. 

Our team serves the film, television, theatre, performance capture, and other performing arts industries with expertise in staged intimacy.

With over 25+ years of collective training and experience working on productions nationally and internationally, our team offers comprehensive proficiency in intimate storytelling, movement choreography, mental wellness, consent-informed practices, advocacy, and compassionate communication.

Our intimacy coordinators and directors serve the projects they’re hired on in whatever way the production needs them as an actors’ advocate, conduit between production and performers, and movement specialists.
